Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of 3D printed products and services offered by 3drobot.eu, operated by Business entity Jan Závěšický (3dRobot.eu), with identification number (IČO) 07440693, registered office in Prague - Dejvice (hereinafter referred to as "Seller").
1.2 The Seller does not operate a physical store. All orders are processed online only.
1.3 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1 Orders can be placed via email at tisk@3drobot.eu / 3drobotcz@gmail.com or through other agreed communication channels.
2.2 The final price of the 3D print is determined based on the selected material, size, complexity, and any additional services.
2.3 Full payment options:
a) Before production begins
b) Upon a different agreement (e.g., payment for materials upfront, and payment for work later).
2.4 Payment methods include [bank transfer, PayPal, cash].
3. Production and Delivery
3.1 The estimated production time varies depending on the complexity and queue of orders. The Seller will inform the customer of the approximate completion time.
3.2 The finished product can be:
Picked up personally at a time and place previously agreed upon.
Shipped via Czech Post or Zásilkovna (shipping costs covered by the customer unless agreed otherwise).
3.3 The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party delivery services.
4. Product Quality and Tolerances
4.1 3D prints may have slight imperfections due to the nature of the printing process. Layer lines, minor defects, or variations in color are normal and do not constitute a defect.
4.2 The Seller does not guarantee structural integrity for load-bearing or high-stress applications unless explicitly stated.
4.3 The customer is responsible for verifying the design before printing. The Seller is not liable for design flaws unless explicitly hired for design optimization.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Orders may be canceled only before production starts. Once the printing process has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
5.2 Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, refunds are not provided unless the item is defective or significantly different from the agreed specifications.
5.3 In the case of a justified complaint, the Seller may offer a reprint or partial refund at their discretion.
6. Liability and Safety
6.1 The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the printed products.
6.2 Customers should be aware that 3D printed parts may not be suitable for food contact, extreme temperatures, or mechanical stress unless specified.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 The customer confirms they have the right to request the printing of the provided design. The Seller is not responsible for potential copyright infringements.
7.2 The Seller reserves the right to refuse printing orders that violate laws, include offensive content, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1 The Seller processes personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling orders and does not share customer information with third parties, except for delivery services if necessary.
9. Final Provisions
9.1 The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
9.2 By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
